Privacy Policy

01 Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how HansKari Gamoz ("we," "us," or "our") approaches information in connection with the mobile games we publish for Android devices. HansKari Gamoz is an independent mobile game developer and publisher; this policy is intended to give players a general, honest overview of our data practices.

This policy applies to our website, games, and related support services. The exact tools used can vary by game and release build. Before a game is published, its store listing and Google Play Data safety disclosure will identify the practices that apply to that release.

Current release status: HansKari Gamoz does not currently have a published game. Survival Monsters Gun Imposter is in development. The website does not use analytics, advertising scripts, tracking technologies, or cookies.

02 Developer Information

Developer / Publisher name: HansKari Gamoz
Privacy contact email: HansKari.Gamoz@outlook.com

HansKari Gamoz operates as an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Play, Android, or any other platform or company. References to Google Play are made solely to describe where our games are distributed.

03 Information We May Collect

The specific information collected depends on the game you are using and the features it includes. Depending on the title, information that may be collected includes:

  • Information you choose to provide directly, such as messages sent to our contact email for support requests.
  • In-game progress, settings, and gameplay events such as stage starts, stage completions, or interactions.
  • Device, advertising, diagnostics, and usage information collected by integrated service providers, as described in the next section.

Our current in-development game does not provide a HansKari Gamoz account system. Information in a support email may include your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include in the message.

04 Information Collected Automatically

Many mobile games rely on software development kits (SDKs) supplied by third parties to operate features such as advertising, analytics, or crash reporting. Where a game integrates these tools, the following types of information may be collected automatically:

  • Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and operating system version.
  • Application version, session information, gameplay events, progress, and interaction data.
  • Advertising activity, ad impressions, and engagement information.
  • Crash reports, performance information, and other technical diagnostics.
  • IP address and approximate location such as country, region, or city.
  • Advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID, where available and permitted.

The exact data collected depends on the SDKs enabled in a particular release, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories such as health, biometric, religious, political, or precise location data through our games.

05 Third-Party Services

Our games may include third-party SDKs that operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage players to review the privacy policy of each third-party provider used by a given game. Depending on the release build, services may include:

  • Google services, including Google Play services and advertising or measurement services.
  • Unity services used to develop, operate, measure, or monetize a game.
  • AppLovin, ironSource, Mintegral, Liftoff, and Yandex for advertising, attribution, measurement, or monetization where enabled.

Not every provider is necessarily enabled in every game or release. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy, configuration, and consent controls.

06 Advertising and Analytics

If a game displays advertising or uses analytics tools, the relevant third-party provider may collect and process information such as device identifiers and usage data in order to operate, measure, or, depending on configuration, tailor advertising. Players in regions with applicable consent requirements (for example, under the EU's GDPR or similar frameworks) may be presented with a consent mechanism where required by the SDKs or platform in use.

Where required, a consent message or privacy-options control will be presented before eligible advertising or measurement processing begins. Players may also limit or reset the Android Advertising ID through their device settings. Ad availability and personalization can vary by release, age setting, consent choice, and region.

07 How We Use Information

Where information is collected, it may be used for purposes such as:

  • Operating and maintaining game functionality, including saving progress where applicable.
  • Diagnosing and fixing bugs or crashes.
  • Understanding general usage patterns to improve game design and performance.
  • Responding to support requests or inquiries sent to our contact email.
  • Operating advertising within a game, where that game includes advertising.

We do not use information for purposes unrelated to operating and improving our games and supporting our players.

08 How Information May Be Shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared in limited circumstances, such as:

  • With third-party SDK providers (for example, advertising, analytics, or crash reporting services) integrated into a specific game, strictly to operate the related feature.
  • With service providers who assist in operating our games or responding to support requests.
  • Where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of HansKari Gamoz, our players, or others, where appropriate.

09 Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, such as maintaining game functionality, providing support, or complying with legal obligations. Retention periods for data handled by third-party SDKs are governed by those providers' own policies. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain reasonable business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

10 Data Deletion Requests

Users may contact HansKari.Gamoz@outlook.com to request deletion of personal data, where applicable. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law and will make reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify the relevant data from systems within our control.

Our current in-development game does not provide a HansKari Gamoz account. Data controlled directly by an advertising, analytics, app-store, or platform provider may also need to be managed through that provider or through device privacy settings.

11 Children's Privacy

Our games and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A future title directed to children or families will receive game-specific disclosures and age-appropriate data and advertising controls before publication.

12 Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13 International Users

Our games may be available to players in countries other than the country in which HansKari Gamoz or its third-party service providers operate. If you access our games from outside that country, your information may be processed in a different jurisdiction, which may have data protection laws that differ from those of your own country. Where applicable law requires specific mechanisms for international data transfers, those mechanisms are the responsibility of the relevant third-party SDK provider or, where applicable, HansKari Gamoz directly.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our games, the SDKs they use, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage players to review this page periodically.
